When will my flower delivery arrive?

After you select your date, we will give you a 2-3 hour window to expect the flowers. You will receive text updates to let you know when your order has been delivered.

Will you offer delivery to other areas than Portland?

At this point, we are not offering deliveries beyond 10 miles from Southeast Portland. If an order is placed beyond our limits, your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will update this in the future if anything changes.

What is your return policy? 

If the recipient is not present, flowers are placed near the residence door in the most cool, shaded, dry location as possible. Once delivery is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be made for environmental damage, sunburn, wind or water damages, vessel breakages, or theft that may occur if the flowers weren’t received in person.
